Master and Guest Bathroom Renovation
While often overlooked in favor of putting all resources into kitchens, bedrooms, and communal spaces, a bathroom offers homeowners a prime opportunity to express their style. The unique layouts and space restrictions require a creative approach, and this Gloucester home is a terrific example of the value of thoughtful effort. The luxuriousness of the master and guest bathrooms has been realized in different ways, though the homeowners' design sensibilities shine through.
Guest Bathroom Transformation
Collection: Rhyme
Shower Wall Tile:Anatolia Tile
Collection: Marlow
Shower Floor & Niche Tile: Marble Systems
Collection: Neptune White Marble
Material: Marble
Countertop: Cambria
Name: Swanbidge
Material: Quartz
With the guest bathroom’s large shower naturally drawing the most attention, Anatolia's 3x12 Marlow in Cloud for the shower walls and Marble Systems' Neptune White Marble in a hexagon mosaic for the shower floor were natural choices. Not only does it add plenty of brightness to the space, but it offers a pleasant contrast to Florida Tile’s Rhyme collection used on the bathroom floor, seen here in a 12x24 size in the brand's distinct Silver Melody color.
Attention was also paid to the cabinets, and of the hundreds of options that Brighton has available, it was deemed that Brighton's Verona 5-Piece Flat in Maple with a Serene color finish was the best choice. The cabinets are topped off with a Cambria quartz countertop from the brand's acclaimed Swanbridge collection that can be relied upon for everyday use.
Master Bathroom Remodeling
Shower Floor & Niche Tile: Glazzio Tile
Collection: French Baroque
Material: Natural Stone
Bathroom Floor Tile: Anatolia
Collection: Belgian Linen
Gorgeous floor tiles from Anatolia's Belgian Linen collection greet you when you enter this master bathroom. The 12x24 porcelain tiles in Natural are easy to maintain and provide the perfect foundation for the space. Brighton's Homeland 5-Piece Raised cabinets with Cherry doors in the color Bliss provide attractive accents throughout the space, especially when paired with the Richelieu vanity with its subtle Rev-A-Shelf wire double hamper with soft-close sides. A quartz countertop offers numerous benefits in a bathroom setting, and Element's Brunello is brilliantly showcased here.
The impressive shower was achieved through the usage of several different tiles, beginning with a hexagon mosaic marble tile from Glazzio's French Baroque collection in Luxemburg Wind for the floor and Anatolia's porcelain 12x24 in Bianco from the Mayfair collection for the walls. These tiles were also utilized to great effect in the niches to bring out the beauty of even the subtlest spaces.
